Healthcare Provider Course

Heart saver / First Aid Adult CPR, First Aid, and AED, Child CPR and AED, Infant CPR/Environmental. (Groups 10 or more) $75
Skills Practice and Testing Session
Parts 2 and 3 of the online version of BLS Healthcare Provider Class, which is required by medical personnel $25

Heart Saver & First Aid Course

An 8-hour course designed for anyone wanting to learn First Aid, Adult, Child or Infant CPR and AED operations on Adults and children. This Heartsaver First Aid Course consists of 6 sections. The CPR/AED section is optional, but highly recommended. The cost is $75 per student and is scheduled by request only with no less than 10 students. *The student must specify if he/she does not want the CPR/AED section at time of registration. The cost is $60 if requesting class without the CPR/AED section per student.

The CPR / AED Section
To tailor the course to the needs of participants, it is acceptable for the instructors to change the course by substituting or adding other AHA courses for the CPR / AED needs.

The length of the HeartsaverFirst Aid Course depends on if the CPR/AED section is selected.

Skills Practice & Testing Session
Parts 2 and 3 of the online version of BLS Healthcare Provider Class, which is required by medical personnel, will cost $25.

In-person Skills Practice and Testing Session
This is the companion second and third part to the 2011 BLS for Healthcare Providers Online part 1 course and is a 1 to 2 hour skills practice and testing session. The 2011 BLS for Healthcare Providers Online part 1 can be obtained through the American Heart Association. (AHA Course # 90-1403) Once the student completes the online part 1, they will be able to print their part 1 online course completion certificate and then schedule the skills/testing session with one of our authorized BLS Instructors or Heart Saver Skills Evaluators. Once all three parts (online course and in-person skills practice and testing session) are completed per requirements listed below, the student will receive an AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers Course Completion Card, which is valid for two years.
