Once you click on the link Employee Email you will be prompted with a login Window
connecting you to the City Email server. Here are a few screenshots of what it will all look like.

Username:  The one you use to log into your computer at the office with colc\ before it.

        For some it is - First Name Initial and Last Name -  colc\jdoe 

                    For others and soon to become all it is – First Name.Last Name - colc\john.doe

Password: Your normal network password

 

 

 

Older Operating Systems

Username: The one you use to log into your computer at the office WITHOUT the colc like above.

       For some it is - First Name Initial and Last Name -  jdoe 

                   For others and soon to become all it is – First Name.Last Name - john.doe
