2017 P&Z Commission Case Notifications Log
Below are a list of cases that have already been or will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission which were submitted during 2017 that require notification to surrounding property owners, or apply to the entire City of League City. Click the map on the right hand side of the page to enlarge the picture.

If surrounding property owners want to oppose a zoning change request that has not been acted upon by City Council, complete the
Zoning Petition Form and submit it to the Planning Department prior to the City Council meeting. Staff recommends that you submit this form as early as possible and before the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation to City Council. If an individual wishes to opposing a zoning change request that has not been acted upon by City Council, complete the Individual Zoning Petition Form and submit it to the Planning Department prior to the City Council Meeting.

* Reports will not be provided until the Friday prior to the P&Z Commission Meeting.

A request to rezone four tracts, totaling approximately 13.0 acres, with Tracts 1 and 4 rezoning from "CO" (Office Commercial) to "CG" (General Commercial) and Tracts 2 and 3 rezoning from "RMF-2" (Multi-Family Residential with a maximum density of 22 dwelling units per acre), generally located east of West Walker Street and west of State Highway 3 along the north size of West FM 646.
